About Vivi

Vivi is Aquafit Intimate's private, personalised AI companion for intimate health. Women can ask about intimate conditions and symptoms, get guidance for their life stage and history, and understand their intimate and sexual health and what can help.

What Vivi does

Ask Vivi about a symptom, a diagnosis you have been given, or a stage of life, and she answers in plain language with guidance that fits your situation. Where they fit, Vivi suggests the Aquafit self-care products, Aquafit PRÉ or Aquafit BIO, and explains how they are used.

Topics Vivi covers

• Vaginal dryness and pain with sex
• Vaginismus and fear of penetration
• Pelvic floor tone, incontinence and urgency
• Vaginal pH imbalance, irritation and odor
• Recurrent irritation, BV and preventing bacterial infections
• Menopause and GSM (genitourinary syndrome of menopause)
• Postpartum pelvic floor and episiotomy scar recovery
• Intimate health after cancer treatment, including breast cancer, cervical cancer and gynecologic surgery
• Pain management for women living with endometriosis
• Side effects of long-term contraception
• A healthy vaginal environment when trying to conceive
• Intimate pain relief

What Vivi does not do

Vivi does not diagnose or prescribe, and does not replace a gynaecologist or pelvic floor therapist. She advises seeing a clinician for bleeding, fever, severe pain or anything outside intimate wellness.

Private by design

Vivi is free to use and designed to be personal, private, and secure. Your data is not sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or monetized. Only anonymized information may be used internally to improve Vivi, support research, and better understand intimate wellness needs.

The products Vivi may suggest

• Aquafit PRÉWith hyaluronic acid, for dryness, pain with sex and pelvic floor tension.
• Aquafit BIOWith lactic acid, for vaginal pH balance and relief of irritation.

Both are water-based, hormone-free Intimate Gel Sticks registered under EU cosmetic regulation (CPNP). Find them at the Aquafit Intimate store.
